Xinhua, the official Chinese state news agency, doesn't often address environmental issues. Today, however, there are 2, count'em, 2 articles about climate change. I wonder if a rising Chinese awareness will make a difference? Really, I look at Xinhua almost every day, and nearly fell of my chair just now. The really DO NOT talk about this stuff, and all of a sudden, here they go. Interesting, Smithers. Interesting, indeed.
