"A "significant" tropical cyclone is expected to form in the next 24 hours and sweep across Myanmar's largest city Yangon and into the Irrawaddy delta area -- the region worst affected -- according to the Joint Typhoon Warning Center.
Aid agencies estimate that there are around 2 million people who survived Cyclone Nargis on May 3, many of whom are still homeless, and the groups have been able to reach only 270,000 of them so far, The Associated Press reported Wednesday." LINK

I find it quite discomforting that the US government spends OUR tax money for 'relief' even when it is not welcomed. What about the MILLIONS of US citizens who need relief? Homeless, losing jobs and transportation, sky rocketing food costs. Jesus christ save us.
Doesnt it make us all tingly to think how we helped some poor soul? Everyone hates us regardless. And still the government IGNORES its OWN peoples need.
You wanna save the world, then donate your fricken paycheck. Leave MY tax money alone and fix my roads or bridges, make education slightly affordable, stimulate OUR economy, pay for defense, find a oil alternative. Damn, no wonder why we are in ridiculous debt and have JACK SHIT to show for it. Politicians from both parties (leave the independents alone, some are actually trying to help) should be rounded up, chopped into tiny pieces and served with rice to the fraudulent UN World Food Program. What a hearty donation that would be, and perhaps WE the people, could finally get OUR country back.
PS - No doubt this sets off red flags to NSA and DHS. Not that they Illegally monitor every thread of communication we have.... or anything like that. Sheesh. Crooks!
And dont get me going about Illegals. Just build the damn fence, apply high voltage, and slap anyone with "ez" in their last name who crys about. Free Ramos and Compean.
